First off, thanks. Not many people get to this form. We realize it takes a certain kind of awesome user to actively contribute your time helping us out. How Does this work?

Let's assume we're missing an automobile Make, ficticiously called "Maxx", and it's models "Interceptor" and "Pegasus". Here's how you'd add them.

1. You Submit a new Make

You submit a new make called "Maxx", which goes live and is immediately available in the make dropdown for the vehicle.

2. You submit new models attached to that make

Now that the make "Maxx" exists on the site you or others can add the "Pegasus" and "Interceptor" models by using the add model form. Just like the make form, these models will be available immediately. We automatically generate pages for those models and users will be able to use that model when adding vehicles to their garage, writing a guide or any other form that requires models.

3. We check the validity of your submissions

To make sure the database doesn't get littered with fake data, we check all submissions daily to make sure content submitted is valid. If it isn't, those makes and models are removed and any vehicles attached to them are reassigned.

4. Edits can be made at anytime

Once in the system, a make or model can be edited at anytime.
