Things aren't looking too promising for my '04, so I'm going to break out the old iron for this one.

haha aight man that car is pretty sweet as well. we'll see how she goes. can ya beat a 8.5 in the 1/8th?

LS1 Battle... Life is sweet :)

Sure, why not?

ya man those new gto's are pretty sweet shit. my buddies got one built to run a 7.3 in the 1/8 mile. faster than hell man. but yea nice ride

Modified LT1 vs stock LS1! Nice car! I wanted one of those for years. Again, I'm the underdog with my homely, err, I mean "understated" Aussie Goat ; )

LS1 Battle to the death???

Don't worry, no LSx car could ever be underdog. BTW, nice '68 Goat... Good luck on the restoration!

Sure, why not?! Very nice T/A! I have a feeling I'm the underdog here.

Let's settle this once and for all. Old school Pontiac iron vs. new school Aussie Goat! Personally, I'm a fan of both but I thought it would be fun to pit them against each other since there's a great division among the classic and current Goat owners.

Nice Yellow Jacket '05. I like the 18" wheels and the spoiler delete.

Funny how some people seem to forget what the original GTO was all about. When it first appeared, the GTO was just a regular 2-door with understated looks. But what made it a GTO was the large, powerful engine, wheels and hood scoops.

The new GTO is not retro in looks but it sure does follow the orginal GTO theme.

Anyway, nice classic GTO and good luck!
