Wilbur is a '67 Oldsmobile Toronado. A local car purchased new here in San Jose, Wilbur is in great original condition. I had been wanting to purchase a Toronado for quite some time, but originally wanted a '66 model. This '67 was in such great condition, I couldn't pass it up. The fact that they built 40% less Toronado's in '67 and that you don't see them as often as '66's make it even more appealing to me. The Aspen Green paint will be repainted to original, and the interior and body are in amazing condition. I'm a sucker for classics in original condition, especially when they have the original plates to boot! Like my other cars, only "sympathetic" renovations will be done as needed. I try to keep as much of the car as original as possible.

That is a true classic. When you consider how many other car were built back then and how many are still considered stylish, this one is a classic. I just want the 1000hp version Jay Leno created.
The first thing everyone asks me is, "Have you seen the one Jay Leno has?" I'm more of a purist however, I'm going to keep the car as original as possible. But you are sooo correct when you say this is a true classic. I had looked for a '66, but this '67 was in such great condition, I couldn't pass it up. Thanks for the feedback!

I am a '67 Toronado owner and I try to keep mine as original as possible as well. Although it is getting harder and harder to find parts that were already difficult to get. It is a great car and has always been a favorite of mine.
