My mother bought this car brand new when I was 13yo.  I picked it out.   I originally tried to get her to buy a Monte Carlo SS, but to no avail. Too sporty for her I guess.  Any way,  I still have it, and its in beautiful original condition.  I'm currently looking for an SS.

skooby owns:

Agnes 'deGooch' - 1979 Cadillac Seville by Gucci

This is my 1979 Cadillac Seville GUCCI limited edition. I had searched for years for one these. I finally found this one in rural Pennsylvania and had it trucked to California.  It has 53,000  miles.

In the late '70's, Ford's Lincoln division was having great success with its designer edition vehicles.  Fashion houses like Bill Blass, Givenchy, Pucci, and jeweler Cartier all lent their name and prestige to Town Car and Mark series vehicles.  Not wanting to be outdone, and capitilize on some of these sales, Cadillac comissioned Dr. Aldo Gucci, head of the Gucci luxury accessory  house to design an ultra luxurious cadillac.  The result was the "Seville, designed by Gucci".  At a base price of  $19,900, it was more expensive than Lincoln's Mark V ($13,067) or Chryslers New Yorker ($10,026) and $3,000 more than a standard Seville ($16,224).   Add the  "Astro Roof" option at $1,400, and the Gucci Seville cost about the same as the top of the line Fleetwood limousine, Cadillac's most expensive vehicle.  Only 200 of these Seville's were made.

Olive - 1999 Mercedes-Benz CLK320

I purchased this vehicle new in '98.  Its my daily driver and my favorite car.

Ce Ce DeVille - 1967 Cadillac De Ville

CeCe is a 1967 Cadillac DeVille convertible.  She's Capri Aqua with White interior.

Rubi - 1989 Mercedes-Benz 560SEC

This was one of my dream cars in high school.  Like the Boomers and their muscle cars, I'm collecting my youth. I think the W126 is one of the most beautiful and classic Benz's designed.

Penny - 2000 Mercedes-Benz SLK230

Penny is a 2000 Designo edition.

Winfield - 1964 Pontiac Grand Prix

Funny thing happened on my way to buy a '69 Mark III... This little (or not so little) beauty had just come into the wrecking yard  when I saw it and knew I had to buy it on the spot instead of the Lincoln.   Yup, it's a junk yard find.  And in excellent original condition.  It has a numbers matching 421, 4 bbl engine.  After some extensive research, it turns out this car was specifically made for Bing Crosby. His name is even on the build sheet.  Winfield is currently being  restored.

Wilbur - 1967 Oldsmobile Toronado

Wilbur is a '67 Oldsmobile Toronado.   A local car purchased new here in San Jose, Wilbur is in great original condition.   I had been wanting to purchase a Toronado for quite some time, but originally wanted a '66 model.   This '67 was in such great condition, I couldn't pass it up.  The fact that they built 40% less Toronado's in '67 and that you don't see them as often as '66's make it even more appealing to me.  The Aspen Green paint will be repainted to original, and the interior and body are in amazing condition.   I'm a sucker for classics in original condition, especially when they have the original plates to boot!  Like my other cars,  only "sympathetic" renovations  will be done as needed. I try to keep as much of the car as original as possible.

Berta (Frau Blucher) - 1986 BMW 635CSi

Another one of my childhood dream cars.  My big German Frau.  The reason I used to watch 'Moonlighting'.   Sybil Shepard drove a Sea Foam Green one.

Wentworth - 1990 Bentley Turbo R

Wasn't looking to buy another car......but you know how that goes..

Earl - 2000 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy

Harley's name is Earl.

skooby wants to own:

Mack-Daddee - 2007 Bentley Continental

To sleep: perhaps to dream...

Bandit - 1977 Pontiac Trans Am

Nothing like having a Super Chicken on the hood!

Hot Italian - 2007 Alfa Romeo Brera

I just wish american products where this sexy.

Haudi Taudi - 2008 Audi A4

Boompa doesn't have an option for an A5 yet, so I just put it as an A4

Sir Jeeves Ian Nigel - 2008 Bentley Brooklands

this is what wet dreams are made of. .  Owning a Bentley of my own, I can attest to that.

skooby spotted:

Fairlady Z - 2007 Nissan 350Z

Came across this Fairlady Z while on one of my business trips to Japan, in of all places, a mini Nissan showroom in the SUBWAY station!

pino - 2007 Nissan Micra

Same subway station (Sakae) different line up of cars.  This was a Pino.

Diva life - 2007 Honda Diva

In a country full of silver and white little tin toasters, this one jumped out at me.  They have some of the most bizarre names for cars here..

Mansory - Bentley Continental

Saw this rather shady looking Bentley Continental " Mansory" parked in front of my hotel in Roppongi, Tokyo.  I'd never seen one before.  But you can notice it has a Mansory badge on the boot.
Update:  So I had never heard of "Mansory" before, So I decided to google it for some more info. Turns out it's an aftermarket tuner company (there seems to be so many nowadays) that specializes in high end British cars, primarily Bentley.  It's headquartered in Germany.
