A rather uneventful month in the Nissan calendar. I washed her, I drove her and washed her some more.

Did some golfing, loaded her up with some IKEA furniture and hit a few AutoX events. Multi-tasking!!

Had fun putting her sideways on the twisties and "accidentally" doubling a few speed limits.

August

August 08/06 - New turbo ordered - replacing the old ceramic RB20 with a hybrid ballbearing RB25 unit. Go boost! Expecting to hit 280 whp on teh dyno at 1 bar boost.

August 09/06 - Modernizing the Impul package...just ordered a pair of Impul Sports Horns (650 and 550 Mhz) and the 6 pot Impul Big Brake package to swap out the 4 pot stockers.

August 18/06 - Horns arrived fresh from Japan...installed 'em - definite Euro sound. Gone from a meek "beepbeep" to a nice loud "PARP PARP".

July

July 19/06 - With a heatwave pending - we figured now was as good a time as any to fix our aircon. Picked up a used compressor and $500 later our air finally blows cold again. Wahey!

July 22/06 - Hot Summer Nights Show n' Shine here in the Valley. Didn't bother to register but probably should have! Not much of a representation of tuner cars - mostly Hondas in various stages of modification. Old school 240Z was pretty cool! Majority of cars were '60s muscle.
