This is my second Corvette. Bought her in April of 1999. It was parked in a fenced lot with other cars and when I called the number on the windshield I was surprised when a Local Bank answered. It turns out the car was a repossesion.
So I bought the car at a pretty good price considering it was 9 years old and had 38,000 miles. Sometimes its hard to believe the mileage was that low. The interior is clean but I think it could have been nicer for such a low mileage vehicle.
Because of a settlement from the Corvette that was wrecked 5 months earlier I was able to pay off this car a lot sooner then expected.
7 years later the car is in about the same shape I bought her and she has around 73,000 miles now. Miles stayed pretty low since I started college a year after I bought her and have since bought a new truck.
How it was Used: Had the wheels Polished. Here they are before and after a good Mothering with the PowerBall by Mothers.
Price Paid: $150
So I was thinking about switching jobs since I felt like I was doing to much work for to little pay so i decided I had better get a new vehicle before I switched jobs.
I bought this 2005 Colorado and a few days later they fired my boss and they promoted me so it all worked out very well.
Its a ZQ8 Crew Cab and I love it, although lately I have been thinking of trading it in for a Z71 Colorado but I doubt that will happpen,
I still own this vehicle but it is not driveable.
I bought this car in 1996 and it was my first Corvette. It is an 84 Corvette, the first fourth generation Corvette, C4. Well, technically the 83 was the first C4 but they didnt make it out of the production line fast enough.
I loved/love this car. I had a nice audio system installed.
On Decemeber 18, 1998, a truck hauling a tractor on a flat bed trailer ran a stop and I nailed the trailer. I added a picture that shows The 84 in its current state. Maybe one day i'll fix it, or sell it, or do something with it. I just don't know.
