Sister of the Japanese Silvia, the American version of the 240sx has a 2.4l NA engine that is commonly swapped for the Japanese 2.0l turbo engine (sr20det)

Numbers are Confirmed from American Specialty Cars, the after market corporation that Nissan 3rd partied out the convertible design to, all Convertibles were actually made in Japan as Coupes and shipped to California where this company chopped the tops off and turned them into convertibles.
