I bought the 750 the day they became available in March 2004, a few weeks after my 2001 model was stolen from my workplace. Three weeks later it was run in and flying around the Silverstone GP circuit, before slowly being modified to suit my tastes. By the end of 2004, it was a trackday veteran across the UK and Europe.
I loved this bike so much, it was a great handler, very quick and did everything I wanted. Part of me regrets getting rid of it, and I'd own another in a snap. The list of modifications is fairly extensive, but looks a little something like this:

Bought from new, currently has 8k miles on the clock, I use it regulary for trackdays, at which it's amazing, the bike is a joy to use on the road, and an animal on the track. Gets me intro trouble sometimes, and sounds like a GP bike on full-throttle.
It's been stage-one tuned by Crescent Suzuki so has a very smooth throttle response, puts out 171bhp at the rear wheel and has the gearing lowered, so it accelerates much harder than stock. Eats tires up quite quickly.
